HOW REMARK EMAILS ARE SENT

Remark has implemented a 2-way email relay to help stop spam and protect your personal information when sending between customers and businesses.

    • For customers, your first name and last initial will be shared with the recipient. For businesses, your business name will be the sender name. 
    • When sending a remark, both customer email address and business contact’s email address will look like this: 5dca30e7c4928140d9b8fa08@send.remark.eco.
    • Use your email program to reply to the business or customer as you normally would. Any contact information you include in the body of your message will pass through unaltered.
